Consent for Change of Use From Hotel to 31 Residential Units

October 2014. Dorset Homes Ltd achieved a consent for a very difficult planning application. The Marric Hotel on Bournemouth Road in Poole was the subject of numerous failed residential planning applications. With careful planning and a years work, consent was given to convert the hotel (C1 use) to full residential use (Class C4). We then submitted a further application to demolish the existing hotel and erect 31 new, 1 & 2 bed apartments. Full detailed planning consent was eventually achieved in June 2016.
